BATTERY OPERATED ITEMS: When you order any product with batteries we will automatically enclose a THIRTY DAY WARRANTY with your order. We check all items prior to shipping. One thing to bear in mind is that you will require batteries and lubrication. Batteries will automatically be supplied free of charge for you however should you require lubrication then please add this on to your order. When the supplied batteries run low we have been told that ENERGIZER BATTERIES and RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES seem to be the best ones to use with your products. If you ever feel the battery compartment of your product become warm to touch, it means that the batteries that you are using are too strong for the product. You should change to a lower grade battery.

COCK RING MEASUREMENTS: If you have never ordered a cock ring can we suggest that you purchase an adjustable style first. If you would like a solid ring then the best way for you to get an accurate size is to place a piece of string under your testicles and around the base of your penis while you are erect.
Make sure that you tighten it a little. Then place the string in a circle and measure from one side to the other in milimeters. Solid rings come in sizes 40,45,50 and sometimes 55mm, so order the closest size to your measurement.

ANAL TOYS: There is often a stigma attached to anal sex/penetration. Our most frequent question is about cleanliness. Logic should tell you to expel any waste from the bowels or you can use an enema; however frequent use of enema's should be avoided or else you can lower the "good" bacteria in the bowels.
To re-supply the "good" bacteria you can consume some yoghurt which helps to replace them. Once the bowel is clean then you will have to be relaxed and use plenty of lubrication. If you are a first timer then yes; you may experience some discomfort but deep breathing will help you to relax. Just do as your body tells you. DO NOT force anything. A finger can be just as stimulating when you first try anal sex/penetration.

WHY WATER BASED LUBRICATION ?: Most soft toys are made from latex/rubber and if you use oils like vaseline, petroleum jelly,massage oils etc then you will notice that after a period of time (and this depends on frequency of use) your toy will begin to perish. This will look like dry skin.. slightly flaky in appearance. Once this starts it is almost impossible to avoid bacteria from being totally removed from your toy as it gets trapped in these tiny splits.
The alternative to water based lubrications is a Silicone Lubrication. We stock two excellent brands called Swiss Navy and Pjur. With Silicone lubrications you should only need about 8 drops per use. You will need to wash your linen with warm water. There is a bit of uncertainty with the use of Silicone lubrication with vibrators. Some people say that you should not use them with toys and others say it is ok to use them. The easiest rule to follow is NOT to use Silicone lubrication with Silicone toys HOWEVER IF YOU DO; please make sure that you wash your toys immediately after use and then dry them. It would also be a good idea to do a light dusting of Talcum powder on your toys to absorb any excess moisture when not in use.
